For the last five years the pink Bandana Bakery has been blessed by your patronage. You’ve shared your baptisms and birthdays, your graduations and weddings, and your anniversaries and retirements. We are forever in your debt for allowing us to help you make your moments.
When we started this business, we decided to measure our success on one simple metric – we wanted our customers to leave happier than when they arrived. Based on that measurement, it’s been a great five years. Your smiles and laughs have provided the energy that get us up in the morning, and your faith in our efforts has kept us working late into the night to deliver on your expectations.
At the same time, this business has taken its toll. The hours are long and the margins thin and the staff works for less than the market will pay. We’ve never done it for for the money - we did it because the joy you give us provides the kind of emotional dividend that most people spend their careers wishing they could find.
The time has come though for us to do something different.
Saturday, December 31, 2022, will be the last day for the pink Bandana Bakery’s retail and customer counter service. At this time, we are not accepting new orders.
We’re not sure what this means for the future of the business, but we know that some things must change. The chef needs the opportunity to work a normal schedule and prioritize some well-deserved rest.
… and we didn’t want to do this without letting you know how much we appreciate each and everyone of you.

This pink family recipe makes these artfully decorated sugar cookies both soft and crispy. We could tell you the secret, but then you'd have to marry into the family.
Stacked parfait cups with balanced levels of cake, cookie or brownie coupled with complimentary mousse and buttercreams - pink tops them all with something special. Delicious can be messy, but your clean hands and full tummy will leave you crying with happiness.
Constantly in demand and always requested we bake a cookie inside a brownie and then pink tops it with another cookie. Our regulars swear by them with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Our Chef Kathleen Robinson is known for more than just her pink Bandana. She's been on the Cooking Channel and the Food Network, presented at the Fabulous Food Show and trained many culinary enthusiasts through classes and theme events.
